What is the guarantee?
We guarantee that whatever you have booked through us will be provided on the day. If one of our suppliers sends a replacement on the day or if something is not as stated in the contract...you will get your money back!
What makes The ALL STARS different?
Quite simply...the knowledge, dedication and experience of our team. You wouldnt go to a doctor asking for mechanical advise about your vehicle, in the same way you would only go to experienced musicians to discuss entertainment.
Does the best mean "the most expensive"?
Definately NOT! All our services are fairly priced for everyone involved. As a matter of fact, our team provides us with exclusive industry rates that we like to pass on to our customers. We provide the best service at the best possible rates!
Can we request suppliers that are not part of The ALL STARS team?
Of course you can...we will discuss all the terms and conditions of working together to ensure they work by our standards ensuring our promises are kept and our customers are happy.
What does all information disclosed from the beginning mean?
This means that from the moment you sit with one of our sales team members, you will be made fully aware of exactly what and WHO you have booked in for your event. We will not keep you guessing until the day arrives.
